Tomislav Blažun founded Melta to bring two disciplines into the same room: the rigour of psychometrics and the judgement that comes from sitting on the operating side of business. He has spent his career working with senior leaders, assessing, developing, and quietly advising on the decisions that shape an organisation over years.
His methodology combines validated international assessment instruments with structured executive interview and clinical interpretation. The work is evidence-based but never reduces a person to a score. It is human, but never sentimental.
Tomislav advises across European and international markets, with particular depth in manufacturing, financial services, professional services and family-controlled businesses.
